Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and coordination of event operations and side activities at external venues.
  • Establish efficient workflows and liaise with event organisers and venue partners for seamless execution.
  • Manage ground operations to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Oversee virtual experience setup, platform management, and content updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on project management, reporting, and event administration.
  • Provide operational support for other division-wide programs and activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder; 4+ years' experience in managing large-scale events (1000+ attendees) preferred.
  • Strong project management, ground operations, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with online engagement tools, streaming technologies, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with public sector processes is a plus.

Duration/ Working hours:

8 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
