Seeking a proactive and creative Digital Communications Specialist to support digital content and engagement initiatives across social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital storytelling, content creation, and managing digital campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms, including social media and websites.
  • Create and review digital content such as social media posts, website articles, e-newsletters, EDMs, and other communications materials.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication objectives and translate them into impactful digital content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital communications, social media management, content development, or related fields.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and delivers outcomes independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience developing content for digital platforms.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and digital communications best practices.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing ideas and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating public policy, corporate communications, or complex topics to broad audiences is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital design and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics,Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week

Salary: Salary will be based on the candidate's relevant experience and                    skill set.
