About the job Part-Time Receptionist (Cashew)
Running of errands
1. Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.
Data entry
2. Recording late coming of students.
3. Recording loan of uniforms to students
Updating of daily staff absence data
4. Record the daily student report sick data in the log books
Receiving and registering documents
5. Receive and register documents in the front office.
Sorting and storing of files
6. Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders and Admin staff
Requirement:
Minimum 3 years experience as a front desk receptionist; school admin experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet tools (Gmail, WhatsApp Web).
Strong communication skills in English and one mother tongue (e.g., Malay, Mandarin, Tamil).
Comfortable interacting with students aged 13-17.
Duration/ Working hours:
12 months contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Feb 2026 to Jan 2027)
- Mondays to Fridays: 12.30pm to 6.30pm (no lunch break included)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
