Job Scope
- AI and Learning Technology Conference (happening in March 2026)
- Design and update event website
- Source for conference collaterals/goodies
- Create digital content (e.g. social media)
- Provide general event support
- Learning Technology Pitch Sessions:
- Source and invite vendors to showcase solutions to CSC Coordinate sessions
Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management,Design, or related fields.
Experience:
23 years experience in event management, marketing, or digital content creation.
Hands-on experience with website updates, vendor coordination, and event logistics.

Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Basic knowledge of WordPress/Wix and social media platforms

Good command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) an advantage

Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
