Job Scope

  • AI and Learning Technology Conference (happening in March 2026) 
  • Design and update event website 
  • Source for conference collaterals/goodies 
  • Create digital content (e.g. social media) 
  • Provide general event support
  • Learning Technology Pitch Sessions:
  • Source and invite vendors to showcase solutions to CSC Coordinate sessions

Requirements

  • Qualification:
    Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management,

  • Design, or related fields.

Experience:
23 years experience in event management, marketing, or digital content creation.
Hands-on experience with website updates, vendor coordination, and event logistics.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

    • Basic knowledge of WordPress/Wix and social media platforms

    • Good command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

    • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) an advantage

  • Attributes:
    Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
    Strong communication and teamwork skills
