  • Front Desk Duty
  • includes visitor and phone management, student services (enquiries, lost & found etc)
  • Processing enrolment paperwork and updating student information databases.
  • Sick bay management
  • Emergency response, serving as a key communication point during emergency situations and following established safety protocols.
  • supporting special events and school functions with registration and information
  • General Office Management
  • Operating office equipment including photocopiers, printers, shredding machines and telephone systems etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for various school documents.
  • Admin Duty
  • Handling cash transactions for school fees, excursions, or fundraising activities.
  • School Fee arrears management
  • Other Adhoc duties as required, such as Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) management , procurement matters etc.
