Student Management and Investigation Officer (Bukit Batok)

Seeking a responsible and professional Student Management & Investigation Officer to support student discipline, incident management, and student well-being in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to student incidents, including bullying, fights, theft, vandalism, misconduct, and other behavioural concerns.
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and carry out preliminary fact-finding investigations.
• Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports for school leaders.
• Build positive relationships with students while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and school leaders to support student development and case follow-up.
• Maintain confidential records of incidents and investigations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC or GCE 'O' Level (minimum three passes, including a credit in English).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in student management, investigations, conflict management, or a related field.
• Experience in an MOE school environment is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

Duration/Working hours:

10 contracts (Option to extend another 10 months) (Aug 2026 to Jul 2027)

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch
break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
