Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate brand activations, workshops and marketing events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including procurement, inventory management and documentation.
  • Assist with other marketing and communications activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding or communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in branding, campaign management or corporate communications is an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Oct 2026 to Mar 2027)

Able to commot for the full 6 months

42 hours per week
