Caregiver

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing;
• Assist with personal mobility and transfers, considering any physical limitations or sensory impairments due to their disabilities;
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding if necessary;
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities, taking into account any communication barriers they may have due to their disabilities;
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising medical professional;
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring that adaptive equipment and assistive devices are properly maintained and accessible for individuals with disabilities; and
• Document and report changes in health or behavior, using clear and concise language and providing relevant context about their disabilities.
