3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of both candidates and clients;
4. Coordinate with clients regarding job openings, candidate submissions, and other related matters;
5. Provide customer service to both candidates and clients; and
6. Work with the staffing team to meet staffing goals and targets.
