Senior HRIS Analyst

Global technology company, headquarted in Boston near North Station, has begun a search for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, IT and support the organizations workforce, of more than 2300 employees, in across multiple countries.

Ideal candidate is experienced with Workday optimization, has a strong analytical mind and excellent technical and data analytic skills.

The company works a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office per week, and 2 days remote. Requirements:

• BS, Finance, Business or related
• 3-10 years of HRIS experience, ideally directly with Workday
• Strong understanding of global company operations, experience partnering with HR, IT, Benefits, etc.
• Excellent data analytical skills, including reporting experience
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally in a global environment
• Eager to stay and grow long term with an organization
