HR and research assistant - contractor

Our global client is seeking skilled and bilingual Administrative HR Research Staff members to join their team for a short project-based assignment in Poland. This role involves conducting in-depth research projects while providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Poland and English languages, possess strong organizational skills, and be capable of independently managing research tasks.

This is an onsite (not remote) role.

This project is for short assignment on a month to month basis, and the possibility to be extended as we progress. We look forward to contacting freelancers with high accountability and great attitude for this job opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of research methods to gather relevant data and information
  
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear and concise reports
• Collaborate with team members to define research objectives and project requirements
• Assist in organizing and managing project-related documentation
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned research tasks
• Maintain and update databases with research findings and relevant information

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential is a must.
• 1-year experience in administrative roles or research positions is a plus.
• Strong research skills and experience in gathering and analyzing information.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and online resources
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
