We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Developer to join our team  focusing on developing and maintaining business applications that meet our organizational and client requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions to support business operations and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Developer to join our team on a contract basis, focusing on developing and maintaining business applications for both iOS and Android platforms that meet our organizational and client requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions to support business operations and customer engagement.

  • Develop and maintain native iOS and Android applications tailored for business process automation, customer management, and enterprise solutions.

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement intuitive user interfaces and seamless functionality.

  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices for iOS and Android development.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure application stability, data integrity, and performance across both platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions.

  • Ensure the security, performance, and responsiveness of applications, especially in business-critical environments.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a strong portfolio of published business applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

  • Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C for iOS development.

  • Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java for Android development.

  • Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio, UIKit, SwiftUI, Jetpack, and modern development frameworks.

  • Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.

  • Understanding of both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store submission processes and app lifecycles.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Core Data, Firebase, Retrofit, and/or Alamofire.

  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for business-centric applications.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: Immediately

  • Must be located in Canada
