Scoop Robotix Inc. is seeking a Customer Growth Manager (CGM) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in relationship management, business development, and strategic account growth while possessing strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

As a CGM, you will develop expertise in our no-code configurable platform, including Scoop’s Central Operations Hub (COH), GLOO Cloud Integration Platform (iPaaS), and LOOXY Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI) solutions. You will work collaboratively with Customer Solutions Consultants (CSCs) to maximize customer value, ensuring renewals, upgrades, and ongoing account growth.

You will take a proactive approach to account management, regularly analyzing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for increased engagement, and working closely with customers to drive adoption and long-term success. Additionally, you will lead business reviews and customer strategy meetings to help clients align their Scoop usage with their business goals.

Responsibilities

Account Growth & Retention: Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and continued revenue growth.

Business Reviews & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead periodic strategy and business review meetings with a variety of stakeholders, from field technicians and project managers to senior executives and C-suite leaders.

Renewals & Expansion: Proactively manage renewals, drive upsells, and minimize churn by ensuring customers achieve maximum value from Scoop.

Customer Engagement & Outreach: Regularly analyze customer accounts, identify opportunities for increased adoption, and initiate engagement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CSCs to align customer needs with product capabilities and technical solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize reporting and analytics tools to track customer health, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies for customer success.

Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvements in the customer growth and engagement playbook.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years in SaaS Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing role.

Business & Technical Acumen: Proven track record in managing B2B SaaS customer accounts, ideally within CRM, ERP, or PM platforms.

Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging and facilitating discussions with technical (PMs, Admins, Ops Managers) and executive stakeholders (C-Suite, VP of Ops, Owner/Operator).

Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to confidently lead live business review meetings, demos, and negotiations.

Written Communication: Strong email and SMS communication skills for proactive customer engagement and relationship-building.

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze customer needs, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions that drive business growth.

Proactive & Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and create opportunities for customer success without waiting for direction.

Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, continuously improving processes and customer engagement strategies.


Bonus Skills/Experience

  • Experience with marketing automation tools to enhance and support the account management program.
  • Experience recording short demo videos to enhance and support the customer engagement process.
  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, or field service industries
