1. Supply Chain Analytics (40%)

  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance
    Example: Demand Forecast Accuracy, Supply Allocation, Inventory Optimization, Production Utilization, OTIF, Transportation Cost
  • Identify bottleneck and recommend improvement opportunities

2. Data Analytics & Dashboard Development (40%)

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for Supply Chain, Financial Performance, and Business Operations.
  • Monitor business performance and proactively identify anomalies through data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations for management.

3. Cross-functional Improvement (10%)

  • Identify process improvement opportunities across the value chain using data analysis and business insights.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, reduce cost, improve productivity, and optimize working capital.

4. AI-enabled Analytics (10% - Preferred)

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate data analysis and insight generation.
  • Explore opportunities to automate repetitive analytical tasks using Python, Power Automate, or AI workflows.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.70 (Bachelor's) or 3.30 (Master's) for candidates with less than 5 years of experience
  • English proficiency at CEFR B1 level or higher (TOEIC 550, IELTS 4.0, or TOEFL 31)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to coordinate and supervise team members

Technical Skills:

  • Basic: Excel (Power Query, PivotTable), SQL, Power BI
  • Advanced: Python, ETL & Data Modeling, Storytelling with Data
  • Preferred: AI for Data Analytics, Prompt Engineering, Power Automate
