Finance Account Manager

Job title: Finance Account Manager

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the market development of bank customers in Mongolia.
2. Develop relationships with bank key customers.
3. Lead to establish a partner ecosystem that matches customers.
4. Be responsibility of planning and organizing large、medium and small brand activities
5. As the project owner and be responsible for the order and revenue targets.

General requirements:

1.Have an insight or ICT sales experience into bank & finance market , plan and execute the strategy and annual business plan.
2. Responsible for the strategic goals and overall business results of bank industry.
3. Develop and maintain the key and organization customers relationships.
4. Develop new partnership and boost the capability of partners in bank & finance industry
5. Focus on top customers and win the major projects and push forward the duplication of bench-mark solutions
6. Responsible for the business and internal process compliance.
7. English or Chinese fluency required.
8. Have basic understanding of the bank & finance sector
9. Be familiar with customer relationship building、project operations and bidding for key accounts (if experience related to bank & finance industry will be preferred)
10. English is used as the working language.
11. Passion to work in the field of sales and marketing.
12. At least 5 years working experience, sales experience in the ICT industry is preferred.
13. Those who understand bank IT industry solutions and have relevant project experience are preferred.
14. Be able and understand how to build customer relationship and sales skills.
15. Passionate and strong stress resistance capability.
