Responsibilities:

Energy Infrastructure Design & Planning

  1. Responsible for the solution design, capacity planning, and technical selection of carrier data center energy systems (HVAC/precision cooling, UPS, rectifiers, power distribution, diesel generators, etc.)

Installation, Commissioning & Delivery

  1. Lead or participate in the installation supervision, commissioning, trial operation, and acceptance of data center and solar-power energy equipment.
  2. Execute system integration testing, performance verification, troubleshooting, and cutover to ensure projects are delivered on schedule with high quality.

O&M Support & Troubleshooting

  1. Provide daily technical support for data center infrastructure operations, rapidly respond to and resolve emergent faults in HVAC, UPS, and power supply systems.

Cross-Domain Collaboration

  1. Work closely with IT networking, server, and storage teams, understand basic IT architecture requirements to ensure energy infrastructure matches IT loads.

Customer Communication & Project Management

  1. Act as the technical interface for day-to-day technical communication with customers, report project progress, and manage technical risks.

Assist the project manager in on-site resource coordination and vendor management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field

2. 3+ years of experience in data center or telecom room infrastructure, with a complete project delivery track record;

3. Familiar with UPS systems (industrial-frequency, high-frequency, modular UPS), rectifiers, battery banks, and power distribution architecture.

4. Knowledge of diesel generators, STS/ATS switching, PDUs, lightning protection, and grounding systems.

5. Understanding of basic power consumption characteristics of servers and network equipment, as well as room layout requirements; able to comprehend IT-side dependencies on infrastructure.

6. Fluent English as a working language for technical communication, documentation, and customer presentations.

7. Willingness to travel to other provinces and work on-site
