Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly communicate with relevant internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project delivery schedules and identify equipment supply risks.
- For site delivery projects, follow up on site delivery progress and support the supply chain team in developing supply plans in advance.
- Manage and record key progress information, including equipment arrival at customer warehouses, material outbound activities, material arrival at site, and equipment installation progress. Prepare and issue regular progress reports.
- Ensure standardized warehouse and site operations, including inbound/outbound material handling and information recording. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure consistency between physical materials and system records.
- Coordinate transportation resources based on customer, project, and product requirements to ensure timely delivery to designated locations. Proactively identify and address transportation and warehousing risks and exceptions in a compliant manner.
- Manage changes and new requirements related to site delivery, ensuring equipment arrival plans remain aligned with site delivery and installation schedules.
- Manage reverse logistics activities, including return requirements, return reviews, return instructions, and end-to-end monitoring of the return process to ensure compliance with established procedures. Coordinate reverse scrapping activities, including following up on scrapping decisions and arranging required resources.
- Manage local Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Monitor and evaluate LSP performance, recommend service improvements, process payment claims, and coordinate LSP resources to meet project requirements and resolve logistics exceptions.
- Ensure the compliant transportation and storage of hazardous materials. Develop emergency response plans, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide safety awareness training to site employees and LSP personnel to prevent accidents and protect materials and personnel.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to ensure logistics and delivery processes are executed according to established and optimized procedures.
- Manage personal workload effectively, regularly update work plans, and complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.
General requirements:
- Understand the basic knowledge of a certain area in the supply chain/logistics field, including transportation management, warehousing management, reverse logistics management, import/export business and compliance, logistics processes/engineering, logistics technology and equipment, logistics cost, and quality management, etc., as well as the fundamental methods in the logistics domain
- Be familiar with ICT/digital power product knowledge and project management methods.
- Have relevant experience in EPC construction projects (data centers, large shopping centers, technology parks, residential communities, office buildings, etc.).
- Be familiar with the local logistics/customs environment or regulations, and candidates with good relationships with relevant government agencies are preferred.
- Be capable of taking responsibility for project deliverables, making independent decisions, and proactively carrying out work.
- Proficient in using MS Office another related tools.
- Have good English working ability (candidates who can speak Chinese are preferred).
