Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our new payment ecosystem. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy building impactful products, and excel in orchestrating complex IT projects-this role is for you.

Position: Project Manager

What Youll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of payment application developmentfrom requirements to launch
• Manage engineering, product, business, compliance, and vendor alignment
• Develop project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
• Oversee system design, development, integration, testing, deployment
• Ensure compliance with security and financial regulations
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and track progress using project management tools
• Provide clear updates to leadership and be the main stakeholder contact
• Work effectively in an Agile development environment

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• At least 4 years of experience managing complex IT projects
• Proven record of delivering large-scale or multi-stakeholder tech solutions
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in PM tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Ability to operate in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, and security standards is a plus

• PMP, CITPM, or similar certifications
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, or payment systems
