Job title: Health and Safety Data Capturer

Contract length: Until Oct 2028

Main Purpose:

Accurately and efficiently enter and transfer data into document and systems, maintaining records and generate data reports. Safeguarding sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all activities is executed in a safe manner in accordance with requirements and regulation
• Ensure collection of data and transfer information into graphs and spreadsheets.
• Compile basic meeting reports.
• Collection of information in compile meeting minutes.
• Collection and archiving of information of filing systems.
• Send out meeting invites.
• Compile employee profile information such as medicals, competency certificates, travelling dates.
• Perform administrative / clerical duties
• Abide to all traffic laws and client specific traffic requirements
• To enforce a stop and fix culture on sites related to all non-standard operations or unsafe work conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Capturer or equivalent
• Experience and appropriate training with regard to implementing and maintaining a health and safety management system compliant with national legislation or an international standard
• Experience and appropriate training with regard to construction-related hazard identification and risk management processes
• Experience and appropriate training with regard to incident investigation procedures and causation analysis
• Health and safety auditing experience and training
• Familiar with the construction industry and the onsite rules.
• Practical administrative experience in Construction Projects
