Role purpose
Reporting to the Payroll Manager ESPS, an Analyst Payroll role ensures providing effective and efficient payroll services to employees within Mongolia and APAC region while ensuring compliance with legislation.
This role is a great opportunity to be accountable for the day to day payroll services including transactional, administrative, professional, and advisory support to all employees.
Contract length: 8 months (potential extension)
Duties and responsibilities
- Contribute to the on-time delivery of day-to-day payroll and local regulatory compliance activities including but not limited to:
- Run reports and validate results during payroll runs
- Assist with month-end payroll activities
- Oversee employee data and organizational hierarchy records
- Support Annual Remuneration Review (ARR) checks and related activities
- Provide support on demand for high-value redundancy and split value STIP calculations
- Reconcile and support timesheets, payroll inputs and leave management reports
- Respond to internal, external, or vendor queries including technical or employee data issues but not limited to
- Ensures the effective, efficient, and value delivery of payroll activities within APAC region.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, internal control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Process and reconcile payroll transactions in line with employment contracts, company policies, and legal requirements
- Prepare and review payroll and HR reports, including those for audits and statutory purposes.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll vendors, and Regional HR Operations to exchange information.
- Assist in resolving escalated issues with ESPS Payroll Vendors
Requirements
- College/University Education: Tertiary accounting qualification (e.g. Diploma, bachelor's degree) or higher education
- Other Qualifications: Payroll and Payroll data maintenance experience
