Job requirement:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Business, Logistics, Project Management or related fields are an advantage, but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Project Coordination, Logistics, or Executive Assistant roles is desirable
- Strong written and spoken English and Mongolian
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- SAP Order Management and Salesforce CRM experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to travel internationally and locally for training (2–4 weeks per year)
Job description:
- Generate quotations for allocated customer accounts
- Enter and process sales orders
- Track sales orders and large project orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing teams
- Process returns, credits, and warranty claims
- Maintain customer master data
- Provide executive assistant support to the Country Manager and Sales Manager
- Prepare sales reports, pricing analysis, and performance reports
- Support event organization and office administrative tasks
