Job requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Business, Logistics, Project Management or related fields are an advantage, but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Project Coordination, Logistics, or Executive Assistant roles is desirable
  • Strong written and spoken English and Mongolian
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • SAP Order Management and Salesforce CRM experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to travel internationally and locally for training (2–4 weeks per year)

Job description:

  • Generate quotations for allocated customer accounts
  • Enter and process sales orders
  • Track sales orders and large project orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing teams
  • Process returns, credits, and warranty claims
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Provide executive assistant support to the Country Manager and Sales Manager
  • Prepare sales reports, pricing analysis, and performance reports
  • Support event organization and office administrative tasks
