Job title: Senior Accountant

Role Accountabilities:
- To comply with the internal procedures related to the budget;
- To prepare and submit the necessary financial estimates to the budget owners, and review the estimates received from the directly subordinate officials;
- Review and summarize the information received from the budget owners and present it to the line manager;
- To organize the work of presenting the approved budget to the budget owners;
- To monitor whether the implementation of the performance is within the approved budget, and whether the company's "Manual of Authority" and other relevant policy and procedures are being implemented, and notify the line manager in case of violations;
- To мonitor whether the performance is being recorded in accordance with the relevant accounting regulations and instructions, notify the
line manager in case of violations, and make the required calculations for the performance in accordance with the direction of the line manager on a monthly or periodic basis; - To prepare and summarize the performance report every month and present it to the line manager; To conduct a comparative analysis of the budget performance, prepare a report with explanations of the differences and submit it to the line manager; To conduct cost-benefit analysis and draw up conclusions to reduce inefficient costs and increase profits;
- To prepare and submit to line manager the company's Chart of Account to the line manager;
- To develop budget plans and optimal use of international accounting standards, as well as ways to improve and automate the organization of work related to planning and accounting;
- To participate in the process of reviewing procedures from other departments and provide recommendations;
- To develop short, medium and long-term planning;
- To participate in contracts, protocols, any selections and tenders, provide information, assist and draw conclusions on financial aspects;
- To prepare and review necessary financial data and information;
- To cooperate with internal and external evaluation organizations, audit and other inspection organizations in accordance with the directions
given by line manager; - To provide necessary information to Mongolian government agencies and ensure information coordination;
- To fulfill tasks assigned by line manager and the company's management on a regular basis.
- Other duties as specified in companys relevant policies and procedures
Technical Competencies & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in financial management, economics, or financial analysis, or a related field
- Professional certification in finance and accounting is an advantage
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly
- Must uphold the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct in procurement and contract management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate financial analysis
