Job description

• Own and actively manage institutional, corporate, bank, insurer and HNWI investor coverage.
• Lead investor targeting, pre-marketing, presentations, bookbuilding and allocation support for sizeable bond and other securities offerings.
• Translate issuer/product information into a clear investor proposition and feed market intelligence back to the transaction team.
• Maintain a disciplined placement pipeline covering appetite, expected ticket size, decision process, next action and conversion status.
• Develop English-language relationships with foreign investors and intermediaries.
• Coordinate with compliance and operations on solicitation, suitability, onboarding and transaction records.

Requirements:

• Established and active institutional investor and/or HNWI network, with access to decision-makers and credible ticket sizes.
• Demonstrable personal contribution to sizeable bond or other securities placements, from demand generation through closing.
• Professional English and experience engaging foreign investors.
• Sound Mongolian securities-market knowledge and ability to meet applicable licensing/professional eligibility requirements.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and follow-through; high integrity, confidentiality and regulatory discipline.
• Experience placing privately offered bonds or other securities with institutional investors is preferred.
