Job title: Vertical Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Understand mining industries and expand addressable opportunities: Operate in mining industries, grasp mining industry policies and trends, understand mining customers' strategies and development requirements；Convey the value of Huawei products and solutions to mining customers, and guide mining industry customers' investment into Huawei's ICT domains (including cloud).
• Replicate scenario-specific solutions: Replicate scenario-specific solutions to drive large-scale sales of products. Serve as owners for sub-scenarios, participate in planning and managing strategic goals and market goals, take part in scenario-focused project operations, and build and replicate "lighthouses" to drive large-scale sales of products.
• Design solution architecture: Be responsible for designing the architecture of solutions that deliver business value to mining customers. Focus on mining customers' digital and intelligent transformation strategies and business requirements, and understand mining customers' buying points.
• Develop solution partners and empower them: Develop solution partners, empower them, and improve the completeness and adaptability of solutions. Ensure that scenario-specific solutions create tangible value for mining customers and that Huawei and partners achieve shared success.
• Enhance product and solution competitiveness: Dive deep into Mining industries and high-value scenarios, fully understand Mining industry scenarios and mining customer requirements and pain points, and guide efforts to enhance the competitiveness of solutions and products for high-value scenarios.
• Possesses knowledge related to mining industry and foundational technical knowledge of ICT hardware and software, with the ability to design solutions, gain bank insights, design communication topic and create related materials.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mining industry
• Have good knowledge of IT/CT equipment and technical background
• Strong learning and communication skills are required, along with a team spirit, a serious and positive work attitude, and positive energy
• English fluency required
