Position Summary:
Position Overview: As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our organization's HR strategy, focusing on both training and recruiting. This position is integral to developing and implementing comprehensive training programs and innovative recruiting strategies that align with our business objectives, enhance employee capabilities, and drive overall organizational success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Training & Development:
- Design, oversee, and implement comprehensive training and development programs to boost employee skills, knowledge, and career progression.
- Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs to align with the companys strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address specific needs.
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent that aligns with organizational needs and growth objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and ensure the successful placement of high-quality candidates.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align training and recruiting strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in both designing and implementing training programs and managing recruiting processes.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in training, development, and talent acquisition.
- Analytical Skills: Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of training and recruiting initiatives.

- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
