About the job Financial Analyst
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct market and industry analysis at both country and company levels.
- Prepare periodic reports on competitors and manufacturers.
- Assess financial and industry-related risks.
- Perform SWOT analyses on target companies.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial models.
- Assist in the valuation process for merger and acquisitions (M&A) deals.
- Support the credit approval process for customers.
- Analyze financial statements and evaluate customers' financial performance.
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, and other assigned tasks.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the project evolves through different phases.
Job requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in accounting or finance.
- Hands-on experience of corporate finance and IFRS accounting standards.
- Professional certifications like ACCA, CFA, or CPA are advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking skill.
- Proficient in reporting and presenting data in various formats, with outstanding planning abilities.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload, including conflicting demands on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
