Job title: Logistic Staff

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities:

• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate logistics (transportation, warehousing, customs, etc.) of vehicles.
• Conduct daily vehicle release operations.
• Handle damage claim operations.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis reports.
• Communicate and efficiently manage vehicle orders from dealers.
• Handle duties related to the logistics department.

Requirements:

• Proven customer relationship management.
• Excel skills.
• Positive attitude and communication skills.
• Eager to learn and improve.
• Knowledge of the automobile industry would be an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in English or Japanese.
