Position: Assistant Financial Analyst

Location: Ulaanbaatar

General purpose and main duties:

• The assistant financial analyst's main role is to assist and help the Senior Financial Analyst in a daily operation such as meeting financial modeling, company internal financial reports and management reports preparation, translations and documentation of financial and management files. Coordinate with departmental reporting deadlines, and plan and organize the activities of the assigned area of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with draft internal management and financial reports and templates
• Cooperate with departments for financial data collection
• Arrange internal and external meetings
• Assist for financial model templates and its data preparation
• All required translations and daily tasks
• Accurately report to supervisors related financial reports on time
• Work effectively for taking timekeeping
• Able to learn new system, and able to mobilize own resources at new system introduction stage

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field. It would be an advantage if the bachelors degree is in Financial Analyst, Finance, Administration
• Fluent in English /able to prepare and introduce financial reports verbal and non-verbal, and to have business English/
• Please welcome new graduates. If you have 1-2 years corporate experience it would be an advantage.
