Responsibilities: 

- Strictly adhere to relevant laws and standards when dealing with chemicals, and develop/enforce procedures, and instructions for these activities, monitor the use and integrity of laboratory measuring instruments, instruments, and other instruments, and keep records.

- Use chemicals in the operation of the processing in accordance with the law, monitor the progress and consumption of the chemicals regularly, and use them as per standards and requirements.
- Participate in the activities of the specialist in charge of governmental environmental
monitoring and evaluation, take water and soil samples, and send them for analysis.
- Strictly follow the legislation on toxic and hazardous chemicals, procedures for storage,
transportation, use and disposal of toxic and hazardous chemicals, meet the requirements, eliminate and eliminate violations and defects in a timely manner
- Make sure operations comply with requirements for storage, transportation, use and
disposal of toxic and dangerous chemical substances.
- Assess and prepare required documents to get chemical substances permissions from
relevant authorities. 
- Advise on chemicals usage in laboratories and in maintenance department.
- Advise on storage of chemicals to ensure that incompatible chemicals are stored separately and according to standard.
- Control and arrange to segregate chemical waste storage 
- Participate in day-to-day environmental management activities such as monitoring,
measurement and sampling. 
- Regularly monitor and provide safety of laboratory and measuring tools and other tools are in use. 
- Do not allow non-professionals to use chemical equipment and tools, and do not allow
them into warehouses or laboratories.


Requirement:

-  Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
-  Minimum of 3 years experience in a Chemical engineer or chemist in a related field.
-  Mongolian and English language proficiency required. 
-  High skilled in Computer Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Software for Process
-  Ability to work effectively collaborate with others across the organization and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrates an open, transparent and effective communication style.
