Job Title: CES (Customer Engineering Support)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect on the field performances and usage conditions of products and associated services, in order to improve our offer and manage risks. (Weak Signals and Local Risk Analysis, Capture Usage)
- Provide Technical Support to Customers, Prescribers and to M&S teams, in order to extract the full value of our offers and manage risks. (Give Advice)
- Deploy actions for market interventions and Copycat,
- Depending on Domains, can organize, prospect, negotiate, implement and follow Fleet Surveys on the field.
- The proper installation of the MEMS system and integration in the mine.
- The technical support for the Marketing and Sales team to promote and sell MEMS, as well as for warranty and claims.
- The liaison with GC/central for all the technical aspects of MEMS in his country/zone to measure product performance, competitors evaluation and identify customer needs
Requirements:
- Fluency level of both Mongolian and English
- Engineering background
- Excellent communication skills
