Position: Legal expert

Company: Mongolian Leading Automotive Company

Location: Ulaanbaatar Mongolia

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and assess the legal risks in contracts to ensure whether it is in compliance with law,
• regulation and company internal policies;
• Establish and implement countermeasures to mitigate the risk of compliance incidents occurring;
• Provide support to the Compliance management implementation team, and assist the Compliance
• Officer/CEO in further reporting and information gathering;
• Conduct research on relevant laws, industry standards;d Co
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation with legal matters and related contracts,
• coordinate the all internal meeting for the department;
• Establish and implement risk mitigation measures and controls;
• Combine the report/prepare them, and submit within the defined scope and schedule;
• Develop, plan, and schedule comprehensive training programs for the team members;
• Translate legal and company official documents for informal or internal use, ensuring the
• translations retain the original meaning and accuracy of the content;
• Support Manager and the team.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in a Law, Legal Studies or Business Administration;
• Minimum 3-4 years of prior work experience within the company, with a focus on legal, risk
• management, or compliance functions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Mongolian and English languages;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
