Job title: Senior Accountant

Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial and tax reports, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and timely reporting to tax authorities and management.
- Handle parent company duties, including preparation and reporting of balance sheets according to local laws and regulations.
- Accurately maintain, store, use, archive, monitor, and report on all company activities in alignment with standards and regulations.
- Develop accounting policies and procedures, submit proposals, oversee implementation, and provide supervision.
- Monitor financial activities and company assets through registration.
- Manage accounting activities.
- Personally accountable for regular and non-regular inspections by tax, social insurance, financial audit, and other authorized entities.
- Provide essential information to management.
- Take responsibility for accounting and other tax-related matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior or general accountant.
- CPTA certification is an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Previous experience working in a mining company.
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and professional ethics.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
