Logistics Supervisor

Main responsibility:

the Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within Mongolia and abroad. Key responsibilities include directing transportation activities, maintain good relationships with freight forwarders and customs, monitoring transportation and import costs, monitoring lead times and air freight costs, administering contracts, and working with brokers and agencies to facilitate efficient transportation of equipment, parts, and related items across land, sea, and air.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of logistics and freight administration.
• Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft.
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Planning and organizational skills, including meeting deadlines and completing projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of company and customer standards and procedures as applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing, with various individuals and groups.
• Excellent communication skill with the ability to build a strong rapport with our customers and complex problem-solving skill is required.
• Ability to analyze budgetary expenditures for compliance with approved budget.
• Detail oriented.
