Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilites:

• Prepare the day-to-day processing of financial transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
• Prepare management report.
• Financial records in accordance with applicable law.
• Completing CIT, VAT and income tax reports
• Interacting directly with external auditors, bankers, tax advisors and other professional advisors
• Prepare balance analysis.
• Monitor company bank account balances.
• Manage internal, external, and inter-company transactions.
• Budgeting and preparing forecast.
• Prepare group reports.
• Monitoring and advising on accounting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or related fields
• Strong knowledge local policies and regulations and international standards
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Work with Diamond/SunAccounts financial software
• Proficient in using MS Excel at an advanced level
• Advanced English
• At least 8 years experiences
