Workshop Manager

We are looking for a Workshop Manager who will be in charge of the technical department. The role will play a role in supervising service technicians and ensuring technician productivity and repair quality.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets. 
• Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. 
• Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments. 
• Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities. 
• Coaches and mentors team members.

Key requirements:

• Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
• Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Diagnostics Applications, Warranty processes, Technical Escalation, Service Documentation, and Electronic Service Tool Applications.
• English language proficiency is required
