About the job Retail Manager
We are hiring a Retail Manager in the international telecommunication industry!
Responsibility:
Retail manpower management.
- Responsible for outsourcing organization construction, manpower, planning, configuration principle formulation, appraisal, incentive, management of employees sales and production, capability, personnel closed-loop management, operation data application of retail systems, and management on the related expenses.
- Responsible for field force management, salary & bonus management. All day-to-day issues related to human field force management.
Training.
- When a new product is for sell, the retail manager will be responsible for training to customers promoters.
- Arrange training
- Prepare training materials
- Take tests from promoters
- Give training results from his/her training
- Participate in necessary retail training from region.
Responsible for internal external field force (FF) training, lecturer management, course customization and development, management on training projects, training assessment, excellent case publicity, and management on related expenses.
Retail Brand Management.
- Responsible for shop construction, shop-in-shop, brand store, POSM, etc..
- Minimum 2 times a week, the retail manager needs to do shop checks through random 8-10 shops from customers and send its report every Friday
Required capability:
- Reporting & Communication Skill
- Knowledge about the handset and electronic consumable industry.
- Insightful opinions and understanding about retail operation and industry developing tendencies.
- Team lead, communication skills,
- Over 3 years of working experience, working experience in the handset industry will be an advantage.
- Good team management experience for FF
- Self Confidence & Communication skills
- Professional knowledge in one or more of the following fields: Retail shop management, retail marketing, retail manpower management, and training.
- Advanced English required.
