Job Title: Lawyer

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities/Duties:

• To handle various legal issues encountered during daily transactions, participate in project negotiation, and review contract risks.
• To draft various contracts, NDA, MOUs, letters, and other legal documents.
• To participate in handling disputes and coping with government inspections, analyze cases, provide solutions, prepare evidence materials, and perform relevant operations according to legal procedures.
• To participate in the company's legal compliance work, provide daily legal advice in various spheres of law, and provide legal analysis and insight reports.
• To manage the delegation of the company, draft and review the POAs.
• To manage the company's seal affairs, draft and review the relevant documents.
• To conduct Legal Insights and newsletter.
• To handle other daily legal affairs.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or relevant corporate environment with Bachelors and/or Masters degrees in Law
• Good understanding of Civil Code, International Business Law, Private International Law, Lobar Code, Corporate Law, Cybersecurity Law, Personal Data Law, etc.
• Good knowledge of IP Law, Licensing Law, Administrative legislation, Tax Law, Finance Law, Customs Law, etc..
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mongolian.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in an international team and develop effective working relations with colleagues
• Proactive and self-motivated to get hands-on challenges and work under pressure
• Proficiency in software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
• Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
