Role Overview: We are looking for a technical service engineer to lead pump, cyclone, and valve service solutions, drive business development, and convert competitor sales into orders. This role involves on-site technical support, business development, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer-focused service for pumps, cyclones, and valves in the region.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance, handle installations, and maintain equipment lists.
• Target competitor installations, gather data, and propose solutions with the support of technical and sales teams.
• Lead post-sale installations and identify aftermarket opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and develop proposals.
• Conduct customer training and troubleshooting.
• Report on customer feedback and market intelligence.

Requirements:

• Experience in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or as a fitter/turner.
• Expertise in hydrocyclones, centrifugal slurry pumps, and knife gate valves.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to provide training and guidance.
• Willingness to travel and troubleshoot on-site.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Asia Pacific market dynamics.
