Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or software engineering.

- 3-5 years of experience as an IT coordinator or related role.

- Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.

- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.

- Ability to solve complex software issues.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in SharePoint site administration, configuration, and customization using SharePoint Designer.

- Understanding of SharePoint security concepts, including user permissions, groups, and roles.

- Familiarity with SharePoint content types, workflows, and document management features.

- Ability to manage IT projects.

- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification or experience with IT service management

principles is a bonus
