Job Position: Service advisor

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

• Ensure premium service consulting tailored to the individual needs of each customer
• Boost sales through selling Aftersales products and services
• Loyalize customers and ensure customer satisfaction at any time

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE ROLE:

• Performs service consulting
• Manages the repair process
• Prepares and releases invoices
• Carries out the vehicle handover
• Promotes services and products
• Observe the market

QUALIFICATION:

• Technical background (as automotive technician, industrial technician).
• Good communication skill.
• Intermediate English.
• Driving license.
• Positive attitude.
• Customer-oriented thinking and actions.
• High level of quality awareness
