Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the mining industry.
- Collaborate with technical representatives to provide tailored solutions for client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of the mining industry and related products.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in English and Mongolian, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
