We are hiring a Logistic Specialist in the international telecommunication industry!

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Monitor, analyze, planning and controlling of logistics operation, Escalation party for urgent or unsolved logistics issues. Share responsibility in issue of identification and resolution
  • Regional LSP selection and management as per unitary existing process, and sign SLA and Service contract (including non-disclosure agreement) with existing local LSP under the direction of international transportation CEG in H.Q. LSP daily management including regular review of LSP operations and performance, maintenance of relationship with LSP, Continuous improvement of logistics level, and to ensure logistics resources availability.
  • Product and spare parts classification and tariff rates updating, documentation and filing for internal & external audit and track and trace purposes
  • Local delivery and distribution: Quotation requiry, transportation booking and instruction, shipment track and control, submitting shipment report and relative charge analysis
  • Make reasonable arrival plan and track international logistics transportation.
  • Warehouse management: Material receiving and dispatch, inventory count and book keeping, arrange payment for inventory charge, issuing inventory report
  • Insurance: Effect insurance and claim, arrange payment for insurance charge
  • Operator of local obsolete material disposition, including scrap and selloff
  • Logistics coordination and support for sales contract and loan-goods contract
  • As interface to coordinate with SCM department of H.Q to follow up the P.O processing status and minimize urgent or abnormal issues; Cargo transportation model reconfirmation
  • Coordinate with supply chain of client to keep them timely informed by P.O. processing status and logistics incidents solving
  • Import and export activities coordination for Loan-goods project, Logistics coordination for return&RMA shipments
  • Coordinate with TSD to set up effective spare parts imp&exp channel for local office and implement corresponding policy of spare parts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistic and warehouse management experience
  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory; Basic understanding of Chinese will be considered an advantage
  • Great Service skills and mind is most required one;

  • Team player, Easy-learner with good communication skills;
