About the job Promoter

Responsibility

  • Introduce and promote products, actively search for sales channels, and focus on increasing sales (Introduce Huawei brand and products for every single consumer are interested & suggest for them)
  • Investigate issues and resolve customer complaints, make recommendations to management (Solve the issues and explain & train for the consumer)
  • Explain the price, payment, and contract terms of the Service 
  • Attend to Huawei training by quarterly (When Mobicom has new products for sell, learn about products)
  • Reporting consumer's attitude and competitor's updates by weekly 
  • Compliance with internal policy and procedures of the organization

Work Condition

  • 6 Calendar days, 7 hours, (Monday- Friday 10 AM 18 PM) (Saturday 10 AM-17 PM). Total 40 hours a week
