Job description:

  • Leadership and direction over customer data, collection processes, debtor analyses, aging reports and overall Net Working capital and DSO monitoring
  • Estimate of both incoming and outgoing cash, exposure to cash flow management
  • Ensuring clients balance accuracy, continues communication with clients and customer service department
  • Issuing ebarimt/invoice to clients in accordance with monthly revenue
  • Bank receipts booking and reconciliation for incoming payments, bank balances vs GL
  • Supplier master data entries, Verification of supplier invoices, journal entries of supplier invoices
  • Monthly VAT submission preparation and reporting, insuring tax balance against trial balance/ general ledger
  • Understanding of Procure to Pay, Invoice to Collect and Accounts to Report processes
  • Support during month -end & year end closing activities to ensure objectives of the Group reporting timeline line & Finance team are met
  • Support in Regional reporting requirements & Group reporting requirements
  • Assistance during external audit and tax inspection
  • Data analyses, reconciliations variance reporting, others as required

Requirements:

  • BA or higher degree in Accounting and Finance
  • CPA or ACCA candidate would be an absolute advantage
  • Local tax and IFRS knowledge would be nice to have
  • Full professional proficiency of English and Mongolian
  • 2 - 4 years working within a finance team in an accounting function preferred but not essential
  • Detailed understanding of Sales order execution process through to collections and dispute resolution
  • A Critique-and-analyse approach to contribute to reduction in debtors receivables and the time-to-collect
  • Value Contribution driven person wishing to collaborate in a team of analysts who seek to business partner and provide financial analysis to end users and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Accounting systems, ERP and various reporting systems
  • Above Intermediate level MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills - Proven ability to cross boundaries, have verbal dialogue with and work with teams other than finance
  • Ability to endure workloads during closing activities
