We are looking for an Employee Industrial Relations Specialist.

Job purpose: Complete tasks relating to Human Resources & Industrial Relations including employee relations and industrial relations with parties outside the company and also make sure the employees obey the work discipline.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzing the potential area creating problems in the Industrial Relationship.
  • Proposing the management the action required to prevent the Industrial Relation.
  • Communicate with the Labor Union to have a mutual agreement to prevent the industrial problem.
  • Socializing any agreed HR Policies to all employees.
  • Taking action is required for work discipline enforcement.
  • Dealing with both Authority and Local Community related to the Industrial Relations issues.
  • Communication with local and community organizations to solve the industrial relation
  • Advising the Human Resources Manager for solutions in settling IR-related issues with local authorities and community organization
  • Review provisions related to employee and company rights obligations and monitor their implementation
  • Formulate company regulations and or Collective Labour Agreements (CLA)
  • Identify the content that will be contained in the Regulations Company and or Collective Labor Agreement in accordance with organizational needs.
  • Negotiating CLA with UNION and pre-negotiation activities, such as verifying union membership, time, place, cost, and procedures for implementing agreements.
  • Take care of the ratification of company regulations and or register CLA with the agency authorized employment
  • Socializing Company Regulations and or CLA and monitoring the implementation in accordance with the validity period
  • Ensure that all company regulations/policies that apply in the company according to applicable laws/rules are implemented and carried out properly
  • Organizing and managing programs/activities together (employee events) to strengthen relationships between employees in the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years experience in the related areas.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Deep knowledge in the area of labour legislation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills would be a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and provide helpful assistance/guidance to members of the team as required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability
