Job Title: Supply Demand Coordinator

Division: Vehicle Sales Brand Marketing

Department: Vehicle Sales Department

Job Purpose:

To ensure the timely and accurate supply of vehicles to the Mongolian market by analyzing market demand, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing vehicle allocation efficiently to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market data to understand demand trends and sales growth potential
• Communicate with dealers to collect and analyze sales forecasts (BO, WL)
• Coordinate with TMC and internal teams to place and adjust sales orders
• Ensure proper vehicle allocation by aligning supply with market demand
• Prepare and manage necessary documents and reports
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust allocations as needed
• Support pricing and other related calculations (e.g., MSRP) if required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering preferred)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
