Job title: Senior Manager, Truck Aftersales

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Operations:
  • Ensure the best customer experience by managing the Truck Aftersales team.
  • Lead the communication within the team to ensure customers are informed about repair statuses.
  • Manage and engage in business with Key Fleet customers (e.g., Oyu Tolgoi, Coca-Cola) to expand service and parts sales.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, escalating them if necessary.
  • Work with the Truck sales and marketing teams to accelerate service promotions.
  • Design and improve the operational processes in Truck Aftersales.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through talent retention and performance management.
  • Set KPIs for the team and track their performance regularly.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and retention of the Truck Aftersales team.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Monitor dealership KPIs and work closely with OEMs to improve performance.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Follow all labor safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure the team participates in safety training and follows safety standards.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Electronics Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing automotive workshops, especially in the truck or heavy equipment sector.
• Leadership experience managing 10+ people.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of P&L management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
