    We are looking for a confident and experienced relationship builder to join our sales team.

    Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Mongolia, this role is responsible for generation of sales of Spare, Wear Parts, Upgrades, and Services in a defined territory of Mongolia.

    Experience in the our product range will be beneficial. In particular, crushers, screens, pumps, cyclones, valves, SAG and ball mills, etc. A technical sales background would be advantageous.

    What you'll do:

    You will be supported in this role by our team of internal sales and customer support teams, who will work with you to deliver a consistent message and quality solution to the customer.

    • Participates in execution of sales activities (active client research, booking and conducting client meetings etc.) in order to meet determined objectives.
    • Provides input to marketing plans, in cooperation with the marketing department, as a basis for an effective sales intervention.
    • Maintains important customer contacts to build long-term profitable relationships.
    • Stays well informed about market trends within designated area in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needs.
    • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the companys operational activities.

    This position will be based in Mongolia.

    What you bring:

    • Have strong relationship development and account management skills
    • Be able to develop great relationships at site level
    • Have experience selling equipment and aftermarket parts and service
    • Have a reputation as the person who delivers on site, and you will have developed this over at least 8 years in a related industry
    • Have the ability to collaborate with and influence multiple internal stakeholders
    • Be diligent and technically minded with a strong work ethic
    • Have the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
    • Have experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Have a mechanical, metallurgical or process engineering background
    • Experience with plant maintenance, commissioning and/or plant debottlenecking would be highly regarded
