Job responsibilities:
- Receive and process parts orders from dealers;
- Confirm order details and availability of parts;
- Communicate with dealers to provide updates on order status and delivery times;
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory;
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed;
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy;
- Prepare and pack parts for shipment to dealers;
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery;
- Track shipments and handle any issues or delays;
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- 1 year of relevant experience;
- Familiarity with automotive parts;
- Detail-oriented and accurate in handling orders and inventory;
- Ability to use MS Office programs;
- Advanced English (Japanese is a plus);
