Job title: Finance Controller

Company: International Manufacturer of Processing Machines

Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities:

• Set up financial function in Mongolia and manage overall finance and accounting activities.
• Implement financial processes and system in accordance with internal group policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and foreign exchange policies.
• Monitor monthly accounting closing and prepare required monthly reports to Group Finance as well as to the company management.
• Manage financial planning and budgeting/forecasting process
• Provide strategic analytics to drive business growth
• Oversee liquidity status and manage cashflow
• Provide HR support including but not limited to payroll processing and social insurance contribution and reporting
• Provide administrative support to Mongolia office
• Liaise with external parties such as banks/auditors/tax authority/government/other service providers.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Professional requirement

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related field with 5+ years finance working in this area. Experience in multi-national company, big four experience, and CPA license is preferred.
• Solid experience in IFRS/statutory accounting standard and budgeting/control process.
• Solid experience in reporting and ERP system.

• Excellent analytical skills and excel skills.
• Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with both internal and external parties.
• Willing to learn and equipped with can-do attitude.
